ABOUT
I use words to make ideas and stories clear and memorable - whether in an academic essay, a schoolroom or a media campaign.
After a year teaching, I spent two years in top London PR agencies, where I worked in close knit, agile teams to enhance the reputation of big brands.
I loved writing thought leadership, newsletters and press releases, but I was also drawn to the words people only have a few seconds to read - the ones in ads, email snippets and homepages. It was an exciting challenge to make a tiny bit of copy inspire action.
I knew I could do more of this as a copywriter, so I set up shop, and I’ve been helping businesses clearly convey their stories ever since.

WHERE I’VE BEEN
Public Relations
I spent two years executing fast paced media relations campaigns for world leading brands including Janssen, Gilead Sciences, Samsung, Atos and British Business Bank. I worked in close knit teams to tight deadlines, building strong communication and time management skills.
Teaching
I spent over a year teaching, tutoring and textbook writing in religious studies and philosophy where I honed the art of explaining abstract ideas in a simple, concrete, memorable way. I used clear narratives, repeated over and over again, to get results for students.
Academia
I studied for a Philosophy BA at Cambridge University, where I used words to clarify and analyse complex arguments.
