Challenge: As Young Carers in Herts updated their website, they needed copy that better reflected their services, and made young people feel comfortable getting in touch.
Solution: Taking direction from senior management, I refreshed the copy so it clearly and accurately explained their services, and how they help young people thrive. I refined the brand voice, using a tone that is calm, assured and understanding.
